Had a contractor crack an underground pipe for the well causing yet another leak which Tilson once again refused to take on any liability. After much arguing they did pay for this repair in full. During the process I had MANY complaints about workmanship and they all fell on deaf ears. Was constantly told that there were tolerances that were acceptable in the building industry. During my 2nd punch out there were numerous issues still but Tilson had ran my credit 4 times at this point and I was not going to allow them to run my credit again and needed to close.
